We’re looking for two experienced, passionate and innovative Product / Structural Packaging Designers to join us in driving market-leading innovation.
We’re open to different levels of experience but what matters most is your ability to deliver commercially viable, cutting-edge design solutions — not just concepts, but tangible innovations that make it to market.
What you’ll do – Product & Structural Packaging Design:
Take briefs and translate them into unique, commercially viable product and packaging solutions.
Develop ideas that add value for both existing and new customers.
Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and delivery.
Contribute to our reputation as leaders in proactive product innovation.
What we’re looking for - Product & Structural Packaging Design:
A proven track record of delivering innovation to market.
Experience in FMCG product or packaging design (preferred).
A degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or similar (or an outstanding portfolio demonstrating innovation and problem-solving skills).
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and mass production techniques.
Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail with strong visualisation and creative skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
