EP Group is an award winning, global packaging manufacturer with production facilities across Europe and Southeast Asia.
Our global headquarters in Birmingham is home to our dedicated paper manufacturing division providing a wide range of food packaging products for the likes of McDonalds, Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs.
In the lead up to the busy Christmas Period, we are looking for an experienced Counterbalance / FLT Driver to join the team in our Birmingham Warehouse. The FLT Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading stock onto trucks and trailers and moving stock to the correct location for storing internally.
HOURS:
Sunday 7pm - 3am
Monday - Wednesday 10pm - 6am
Thursday 10pm - 5.30am
Key Responsibilities – FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative Night Shift
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety for all employees within the facility.
Ensure housekeeping procedures are followed to a high level.
Unload and load stock on pallets and cages and put away to the correct location
Move stock around the site as required
Complete pre use vehicle inspection sheets and follow SOP’s
Whilst the role is primarily a counterbalance drivers role as and when needed you may be asked to assist in general warehouse tasks as directed which may include but not limited to – Hygiene both internal and external, labelling and checking stock, clearing cages.

Counterbalance / FLT truck license – B1 is required – We cannot accept in house licences from previous employers.
Good communication skills
Excellent time and attendance record
Good adherence to health and safety protocols
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
